1 egg
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. milk
2 T. olive oil
1 T. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
heavy dash cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients; add liquids. Fry on the griddle and enjoy! Try adding blueberries, or topping pancakes with berries and whipped cream.
