2 lbs Velveeta cut up in a crock pot
1 lg onion chopped and sauteed
1 bell pepper chopped and sauteed
1 can enchilada sauce
1 bottle taco sauce
1 bottle green sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
5-10 drops tabasco sauce

Mix altogether and heat through. Serve with favorite chips.

Aunt Marie Houghtaling is in the same category as Uncle Bill. My version of this famous recipe is to simply add by favorite salsa to the cheese and heat thoroughly stirring occasionally. Pretty tasty.
