1/2 C cocoa powder
1 C sugar
1 C corn syrup
3 tbs butter
1/2 c canned milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Cook over medium heat to boil then start timer for exactly 3 minutes. Remove and add vanilla. Good over ice cream or cake.
