1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 T. olive oil
1 egg
1 c. warm water
1 packet yeast (rapid rise)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the yeast with the flour (save 1/2 c. of the flour for kneading). Add warm water and oil and mix thoroughly with a fork. Add the egg and mix together. Add more flour and begin to knead until you get a nice sticky dough. Knead for about 2 minutes. Put the dough into a warm place and let rise about 30 minutes or until is has doubled in size. Spread the dough unto a greased pan (15" or larger). Top with your favorite ingredients and bake at 375º F for about 20-30 minutes. The cheese on top should be turning golden brown. Let the pizza stand for a few minutes before you cut it.
