2 lbs sausage
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb grated monterey jack cheese
6 eggs
1/2 can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 large can diced chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Beat eggs, add and beat evaporated milk, flour, salt and pepper. In a greased oblong shaped pan, layer w/cheese and sausage. Pour egg mixture and top that with remaining cheese. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until done in the middle
