Raw Ground Beef 1/2 lb serves 4
Salt
Pepper
one egg yolk
Finely diced onion
Black or rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix raw ground beef well with salt, pepper, one egg yolk and finely diced onion. Then spread thickly on a half of roll or on a slice of rye or black bread. If desired, garnish open-faced sandwich with anchovies and capers.
