3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. blueberries
butter or Pam

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir together sour cream, cottage cheese, aggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the flour mixture, stir until just combined. Gently stir in the blueberries. Heat a griddle over medium-low heat. Butter griddle lightly. Spoon level 1/4 c. batter onto griddle. Cook until lightly brown and bubbles form (3-4 minutes) Turn and cook other side. Serve warm with maple syrup.
