5 or 6 Yukon Gold potatoes
left-over Christmas ham, sliced
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Par-boil the potatoes. While the potatoes cool enough to handle, prepare the white sauce.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the flour, and stir, over low heat to blend. Slowly add the milk, while stirring the mixture. Continue stirring and heating until slightly thick and creamy. Set aside.
Peel the potatoes, and slice them. Cover the bottom of a lightly greased, large casserole dish with a single layer of potatoes. Then add a layer of ham slices. Repeat, finishing with a layer of potatoes.
Pour the white sauce over all, sprinkle with paprika and bake in a 350º oven, uncovered, until heated through, and the top is lightly browned.
