1 T. butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 box stuffing mix 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 C. milk 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook through. Remove chicken. Prepare stuffing according to package directions but only let stand a couple of minutes. Top with chicken. Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat through.
