1 pkg. chicken breasts
Pam cooking spray
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 C chicken broth
1/8 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 C sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large frying pan with Pam. Salt chicken then add to frying pan on medium heat. Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until chicken is brown and can be forked easily. Remove chicken to an ovenproof dish. In frying pan, add vinegar and lemon juice. Cook 1 minute, add salt and pepper. Pour in chicken broth stirring constantly and heat but do not boil. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinke with Parmesan and mushrooms. Broil on a rack 6 inches from heat until chicken is lightly brown.
