1 lemon, juiced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. dried figs
1 lemon, sliced
12 chicken thighs
1 T. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Put figs and lemon slices over chicken. Sprinkle chicken with salt and parsley. Pour liquid mixture over chicken and bake in a 400 oven for 50 min.
