1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup (do not add water)
2 cups rice uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and then saute onions over medium heat until tender. Add frozen broccoli and saute, once thawed and broken apart add cheese whiz and soup. Cook until well blended. Mix cooked rice and cheese mixture in a 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
