2 chickens cut into portions or 8-10 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1 small onion, finely grated
4 scallions, chopped
¼ c. vegetable oil
½ chicken bouillon cube, crushed
¾ c. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. ketchup
2-3 cloves garlic, grated/crushed
few drops Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except chicken. Marinate chicken in half the sauce for a few hours or overnight. Put remaining half of marinade aside Remove from marinade (discard this remaining marinade) and place chicken on a foil lined pan and broil on middle rack of oven on both sides until nicely browned – approx. 25 minutes per side. Heat marinade that has been reserved and pour over chicken.
