4 skinless chicken breast
Salt and pepper
2 T margarine
1package 6.9 oz. chicken flavor Rice A RONI
1 tsp basil leaves 2 cups broccoli flowerets
1med. tomato seeded and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, In alarge skillet melt margarine over medium heat.add chicken cook 2 min. on each side until brown. Romove from skillet, set aside,reserving drippings. In same skillet saute rice mix in reserved drippings over med. heat until rice is brown .Stir in 2 1/2 cups water , contents of seasoning packet and basil.Place chicken over rice mixture,bring to a boil over high heat.Cover and reduce heat.Simmer 15 min.Top with broccoli and tomato. Cover ; simmer 5 min. until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand a few min. before serving.
