4 large zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick;
4 tomatoes, sliced;
1 green pepper, sliced;
1 onion, sliced;
3 TBS. flour,
1/4 cup butter,
2 cups mozzarella cheese,
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese,
1 tsp salt and
1/4 tsp pepper.


Put vegetables, butter, flour, seasonings and cheeses in layers in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 40 minutes.

Then uncover and cook for 10 minutes more.
