7 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 unsliced challa (crust removed, cut into 1 inch cubes)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1) In large bowl, combine(beat) eggs with milk and vanilla
2) Add bread cubes and combine well (make sure all of the bread is soaked)
3) Cover and refrigerate overnight
In the morning...
1) Place bread mixture in a greased 13x9 pan
2) Combine melted butter with brown sugar and syrup
3) Drizzle over bread
4) Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 40-45 minutes (or until puffed and browned) '
5) Cool 5 minutes before serving
