1 small sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
1 bag of Pepperidge Farm herb flavor stuffing mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
6 or 8 squash

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and drain well. Add sour cream, chicken soup, and butter while squash is hot. Add 1/2 bag stuffing mix. Butter 4 qt. casserole dish and coat with stuffing mix. Pour squash mixture in and top with the rest of the stuffing mix. Add Parmesan cheese .
Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 min. or until brown on top.

I like to add garlic salt and Parmesan cheese to squash mixture and then top with cheese. This makes it very cheesy.
