1 box yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 cup coconut
1 can apple pie filling
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, butter and coconut and pat into bottom of greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes then spread pie filling over crust and sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs lightly and pour over cheese. Lightly stir eggs into cheese and apples. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
