Crust:
2 cups Bisquick
4 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion

Filling:
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
12 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crust ingredients together...
Pour 1/4 of crust mixture into bottom of two pie pans or one 9x12 pan. (Mixture should barely cover the bottom of the pans..)
After browning the sausage, drain and add to all the filling mixture.
Pour mixture into pans and top with remaining crust mixture.
Bake at 350 º for 40 - 45 minutes.
Top should be a light brown.
