1 sliced onion
I jar of chunky salsa
1 can of black beans
chili powder to taste
garlic powder to taste.
about 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
about 2 tbsp of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in a bit of olive oil and teriyaki sauce in a large pan first. Then place remaining ingredients in the pan and cook over medium heat for aprox. 30 min.

This can be served over brown rice or in a whole wheat frajita tortilla.
You may want to serve it with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and jalapeņos on the side.
