1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 chicken (cut up)
Mix and heat sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in deep skillet. Add chicken and cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes. Cover & cook another 10 minutes. Remove cover and cook an additional 10 minutes. Serve w/rice.
(marinated for 24 hours before cooking increases the flavor)
