2 T maple syrup
1 c brown sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter
8 slices thick bread (Texas toast)
1 1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix syrup, butter and sugar on stovetop on low until syrupy. Cut crusts off bread. Spray Pam on 9 X 13 pan. Pour syrupy mix in pan and put bread slices on top. Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes until lightly browned. Serve syrupy side up.
