2 T. lemon juice 8 oz. cream cheese 2/3 cup cottage cheese 1 large ripe avocado 6 hard boiled eggs grated 1/2 t. lemon juice 1 (3 1/2 oz. jar) black caviar 3 T. Mayo chopped green onions
Mash avocado and add lemon juice(1/2t.) Spread in pyrex pie pan for 1st layer. Mix grated eggs and mayo.Spread on top of avocado to make 2nd layer. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and 2 T. lemon juice until smooth. Spread over avocado. Spread caviar next and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with crackers.
