2 lbs. hash browns (you buy them frozen but need to thaw them)
1 16-oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns. Melt butter. Mix everything together (except cheese) in large bowl. Spoon mixture into casserole dish (13x9x2) and bake uncovered at 350 for 1-1-1/2 hours. Put cheese on top of casserole for the last 15-20 minutes of baking.
