Cake Mix:
1 Duncan Heinz Butter Cake Mix.
1 sm. can of mandarin oranges partially drained.
1/3 cup cooking oil.
4 eggs.
Frosting:
1 lg pkg instant vanilla pudding mix.
1 small container of cool whip.
1 lg can of crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour pan (makes single or double layer).
Mix ingredients for cake and bake for 30 mins and test with a tooth pick.
Let cool before frosting.
Mix can of crushed pineapple with instant pudding mix until thick.
Add Cool whip to desired consistency.
Frost cake when completely cool
Sprinkle coconut flake or crushed nuts on top if desired.
