1 large cucumber cut 1/4" thick
1 medium onion sliced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 t salt
1/2 t mustard seed
1/4 each tumeric/celery seed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in 2 quart glass container. Microwave on high 7-8 minutes. Stir twice til onions are translucent.
Cover and refrigerate/
