1 cup water
1/2 oz. dehydrated onion soup
combine and bring to a boil.
Add: 20 oz. chopped frozen spinach. Boil until thawed. Strain
White Sauce:
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
1/3 t. Salt
1/3 t. garlic salt
1/8 t. pepper
combine in double boiler and heat to scalding

1 oz. butter
2 T flour

In separate pan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add to half and half and stir until thick.

Combine white sauce and spinach
