9 cups flour 5 lbs
1/3 cups baking powder 2/3 cups
1 T salt 2 T
2 t. cream of tarter 4 t
1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup
2 cups shortening 4 cups
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients. Store in air tight container till used. For above ingredients use 1st column for small family. Second column for larger mixture.

Biscuits: Use Master Mix Recipe
1 cup milk
3 cups master mix
