Ingredients:  
1/2 pkg. apricots (cover in water 1 1/2 times over fruit). Boil until tender. Mash for pies.

Add 3 1/2 cup sugar. Boil until well mixed. Add 4 heaping T flour and a little water (for paste) in a seperate container, then add to apricots.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until done, very slowly. Stir often. Use for pies. I use prepared pie dough. Cut circles and fill with pie filling and fry.
