2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 cubes butter
1 C water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

1 cube butter
4 tsp. cocoa unsweetened
1/3 C milk
1 C nuts
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl mix flour and sugar. Set aside. In a saucepan combine butter, water, and cocoa. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture and stir well. Add milk, vinegar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Five minutes before cake is done, melt together butter, cocoa and milk for icing. Bring to a boil. Remove from head and add powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Blend well. Spread over hot cake.
