2 eggs
2 cups Milk
4 Tbsp. Melted butter
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs. In one bowl, beat the whites until stiff with electric mixer.
In another bowl, combine egg yolks, milk and butter with mixer on low.
Mix together flour and baking powder together in a bowl and slowly add to yolk and milk mixture. Do not over beat.
Fold in egg whites with a spatula.

This recipe is great for light yummy waffles.
Our favorite way to serve them is with a ton of fruit heated slowly in 1 cup flavored syrup (Raspberry or Boysenberry) We use blueberries, strawberries, sliced banana, diced granny smith apples, and raspberries.
