1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C Bisquick
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in 1 tbsp. of butter until tender. Mix egg and milk, add to Bisquick and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add sauteed onion and 1/2 of cheese. Spread dough in 8” round cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot sliced in wedges.
