1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh or frozen fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Combine the next 3 ingredients and add to the flour mixture. Fold fruit into batter. Grease muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.

You can use strawberries, peaches, blueberries, rhubarb, etc in these muffins.
