2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 pint sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C finely chopped onion
1 C cream of chicken soup
2 C crushed corn flakes
¼ C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except butter and corn flakes and place in 13x9" baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
