1/2 - 1 c. olive oil
2/3 - 1 c. distilled white vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 (3 oz) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packets reserved
3 bags packaged broccoli slaw
2-4 bunches green onions, chopped
1-2 c sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar and the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles.
2) In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, green onions, and dressing. Refrigerate-- preferably for several hours.
3) About 10 minutes before serving, add crushed ramen noodles (uncooked) and sunflower seeds. Stir in.

Makes a big old bowl.

The quantities listed here are approximates, because I usually just keep balancing the dressing components until I like the taste.
