6 - 8 medium Anna Apples
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and core apples. Cut into small pieces. (For skin free, peal and cut)

Put apples in large kettle, add water, sugar and cinnamon. Apples cook quickly, stir often. Add Lemon juide while simmering to give the sauce a lemony flavor. Raisins can also be added. This sauce can be frozen to enjoy later.
