10 potatoes
Water
1/4 c. Milk
3 tbsp. Sour Cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley
3 tbsp. Butter
1c. Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut potatoes in quarters
Boil until soft, about 30 min. Drain and replace in bowl.
Add milk, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Mix and mash potatoes at the same time.
Add parsley and half the cheese.
Mix and then add the remaining cheese on top. Add additional parsley for color.
