1 tbsp flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp softened butter
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. chocolate chips

Cake:
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/ 2 c. butter - softened
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, b. sugar and butter. Mix well. Add nuts adn 1/2 c. chocolate chips. Set aside for topping. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. In another bowl combine butter, sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining chocolate chips. Spread into greased 13 x 9 in pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
