1 box (10oz.) Raisin Bran
3 C. Sugar
5 C. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 C. cooking oil

1. Combine cereal and dry ingredients in a very large bowl.
2. Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil, add to dry ingredients; mix well.
3. Bake in muffin tins (2/3 full) for 15 to 20 minutes at 400.
4. Remainder of mixture may be kept in tightly covered bowl in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. DO NOT STIR. Spoon out batter as needed.
