8lbs collard greens
5 packs hamhogs (4 in pack)
1cup bacon grease
1cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
take your collard greens... some at a time and roll them up and cut place them in a clean sink of warm water... take them out and put in a large pot with the hamhogs,,, grease,,, water. cover them and let them cook on medium heat for 2 1/2 hours when the green get sticky and ham hogs fall apart there done... enjoy them with franks hot sauce or vinegar they are banging
