1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tsp. sugar - for top

Directions:
Directions:
On low speed of mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Add blueberries by hand. Grease muffin pan (better not to use paper liners). Pile batter high and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
