2 T butter
4 T glour
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3/4 C milk
1 1/2 C sharp American Cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cut up
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
3 oz diced ham

Directions:

Melt butter: sitr in flour and garlic powder. Add milk: cook & stir over medium heat. Heat until thick and bubble: stir in cheese. Coook & stir over low heat until cheese melt; stir in corn & ham. Back in 2 qt casserole for 45 minutes at 350º

This recipe is from Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbeque restaurant, which is a must when visiting Kansas City. My niece Angela & I got it from a trip we took in July of 2008. I recommend using smoked ham. It's so creamy and delicious!
