"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 stick butter 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk pinch of salt 1 large can sliced peaches cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk slowly so as not to lump. Melt butter in casserole dish ( 8 by 10 ) in oven that is pre-heating to 325º. Once melted, pour butter over mixture. Pour mixture into the now greased dish and spoon peaches over mixture and sprinkle top with cinnamon if you desire. Bake for about 40 mins; don't over cook as you want it moist.
