White or Russet Potatoes
Bacon
Shredded Cheese
Cooking Oil
Green Onions
Tomatoes
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and bake them whole. While potatoes are baking, fry bacon, cool and crumble.

When potatoes are done, cut in half, scoop out the insides, leaving just the skin. Rub skin with cooking oil, lightly coating the skin. Replace skins on a baking sheet and top with crumbled bacon and cheese. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes.

Top with chopped onions and tomatoes and serve with sour cream.
