6 eggs
2 C milk
3 C grated cheddar cheese
2 C grated jack cheese
2 lb. bag tater tots, thawed
salt and pepper to taste
2 C ham, diced
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9" baking dish with butter. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper. Add 1 cup of the yellow cheese, 1 cup of the jack cheese, the ham and the tater tots. Blend the mixture thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. This is Katie's favorite!
