4 eggs
1 C milk
3 C grated cheddar cheese
2 C grated jack cheese
1 8 oz. can diced green chiles
salt and pepper to taste
Cooked ham, bacon or sausage
Warm tortillas and salsa, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place drained green chiles in bottom of 13 x 9 lightly, greased pan. Top with cheese. Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over chiles and cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Great for brunch. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa and refried beans with bacon or ham on the side. This recipe is a variation of a recipe from June Hunter.
