3 eggs 1 C milk 1 cube of melted butter 1 C grated cheddar or Swiss cheese 1 bunch chopped broccoli 1/2 C chopped onion 1 chopped tomato (or any other vegetable) 2/3 C Bisquick 1 lb. cooked ham, bacon or sausage cut up salt and pepper to taste
Place all veggies and meat in 13 x 9” greased pan. Reserve cheese and mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over veggies and top with cheese. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
