2 lb, hamburger
lg. bag shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green chilies
taco seasoning
refried beans
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with taco seasoning. Drain well. Mix hamburger, cheese, green chilies, refried beans in a bowl. Place a large spoonful in center of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides to form a square. Heat and serve with salsa and sour cream.

These are great to freeze. Just wrap them in foil and place them in a freezer bag. To warm them up, place in microwave on med. level for a few minutes. When you take them out of the microwave, you can fry them in a little oil in a skillet, or you can eat them as is. Instead of folding them in a square, I like to roll them jelly-roll fashion. It seems to distribute the tortilla better so you don't have a big bunch of dry tortilla.
