2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Mix these three ingredient together and set aside.

3 –4 medium to large potatoes, boiled
2 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
12 oz. can Hormel corn beef, cubed (next to the Spam)
¼ c. finely chopped dill pickles (I use Milwaukee small pickles)
¼ c. sliced green onion

Pour the vinegar mixture over the potatoes and cool, the cube and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and salt. Add cabbage, corn beef, pickles and onion and then add the dressing:

1 c. mayo (make sure you use the mayo)
¼ c. milk
½ t. salt
