2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 7 oz. can Herdez Salsa Casera
1 large red or white onion chopped
1 large avocado chopped
Cilantro, optional

Directions:
Break up tomatoes into small pieces, and mix in remaining ingredients. Grampy liked to pour some salsa over broken bits of tortillas and eat it with a spoon! This recipe was originally from Grammy and enhanced slightly by Patti and Dolores Hall
